A shiney new boiler!

Engineer Kye did his best to repair our 11 year old boiler but it became clear that the final cost could not be justified. I received quotes for new boiler options from Mark and Helen the same day and placed an order with Donna the following day with a third deposit and was given an installation date of 14th/15th January. Work started at 9am day one and was completed 1pm day 2. The whole operation was flawless despite an awkward boiler location and we send our thanks to everyone involved. If you are considering a new boiler you may find a cheaper deal elsewhere but you will not find a better company than Beesons.

Boiler Service

I had my boiler serviced today as I usually do this time of year. The engineer arrived on time and carried the work out thoroughly. Everywhere was clean and tidy when he left. I would definitely recommend this trader.

Covid compliant, polite & respectful

My mum had an issue with a toilet overflow and her usual plumber was ill. The two young men arrived at the stated time, were Covid compliant and ensured they put on shoe covers before coming in. The lead plumber explained the issue clearly, advised that we would be kept up to date as to the availability of a part and made some small adjustments to reduce the problem and ensure it didn’t worsen over Christmas.
